The Magic: the Gathering (MTG) set Fallen Empires (FEM) was released on Nov 1st, 1994. It includes 2 token cards.

Tokens were officially introduced to Magic: the Gathering as a free giveaway with The Duelist magazine in November 1994 to coincide with the release of Fallen Empires. It was the first set that contained many cards capable of producing tokens and counters. Tokens would evolve over the coming years to be MTG card size and included in booster packs.
